Project Log:  Wednesday, April 2, 2014

Earlier on, during a spare moment, I assembled and glued/screwed the new head door, and bunged the screw holes on the edges.  Later, after the assembly had had time to set, I sanded it smooth to prepare for finishing, then applied a sealer coat of varnish to both sides.

    

I'd continue varnish buildup on both the door and the door trim over the next week or two.
